My computer stopped renting access to streaming videos and music. Is it my server or my computer?

I could not this till yesterday, now says files do not exist either, or tell me that it is offline, but I’m still in a position with Raccordez Explorer.

Both I would have thought (experience) you have checked all internet settings and try deleting cookies and temp. Internet files may not work that pop into the nearest PC store they two could help nf
